Most of our products are custom made when you place your order. Please allow time for us to get your product made! We work very quickly and we will keep you posted as to the status! It would be safe to assume that your order would ship within 1-2 business days from the date of order- however, based on the time of year and the amount of orders that we have – production time may need to be extended.
If you are in the United States and choose standard shipping, typically your order would be received within a week. During the holidays, please allow a little additional time to receive your order, things do take a little more time during this busy season.
We do offer Priority Mail service if you need something a bit faster.
If you are located internationally, please allow 4 to 6 weeks to receive your order.
Certainly! Please place your order and let us know that you would like to pick up, here in Hanahan, SC and let us know when. Once your order has been picked up, we will refund your shipping. We will hold orders for 7 days, for pick up. After 7 days, we will go ahead and ship your items to you!

Due to the customized nature of our personalized items, they are generally not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged upon delivery. If you receive a damaged personalized item, please contact our customer service within 3 days of delivery to initiate a replacement. No refunds or exchanges will be provided for personalized items that are not damaged.
